Leadership Ministry

The Leadership Ministry, led by Bishop Green, is responsible for overseeing all the departments and Ministries within the church. Its role is to provide guidance, set the strategic direction of the church, and plan fundraising and community giving initiatives along with church activities throughout the year.

“And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.”

Meeting Time: Third Saturday of the month, 10am. For more information Contact Bishop Green

Leadership Team

Godly church leaders are responsible for leading God’s flock by walking personally with God and by working together to help church members do the same.

We believe that leaders act of influencing/serving others out of Christ's interests in their lives so they accomplish God's purposes for and through their lives

Under the direction of Dr. Green, the members of the leadership team have a fiduciary to steer the ministry towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure there are adequate resources to advance its mission.

  • Duty of Care: By ensuring prudent use of all assets, including facilities, people, and good will.
  • Ensure that the activities and transactions are, first and foremost, advancing the ministry's mission; Recognize and disclose potential conflicts of interest Make decisions that are in the best interest of the corporation.
  • Duty of Obedience: Ensure that the applicable laws and regulations are obeyed, the ministry follows its own bylaws, and the ministry adheres to federal and provincial laws and corporate purposes/mission.

The leadership team also serves on committees, ensuring all departments and ministries have proper oversight. They make sure the saints are equipped for good works and that the sick and widows are cared for, as well as those with physical needs.
