As children of God, it is important to worship God in all that we do. Worship is just something we do. We honour and obey God through our worship. Let us read the following scriptures: ( Psalm 86:9 ; Psalm 95:6 ), and to have extreme submission ( 1 Samuel 15:22 ; John 4:23 ; Romans 12:1 ) to his Word and Will. Worship is offering our lives as an act of respect and love to God. It is a willingness to exalt God and yield to His will ( Psalm 145 ). We can never comprehend all that God is, but the more we worship Him and the more we love to worship Him with every breath, the more He reveals Himself to us ( Revelation 5:9–14). Worship is an expression of our awe and praise for who He is ( Psalm 149 ); it is giving the Lord the honour and glory He deserves each and every day. Worship is not something we do occasionally as a ritual; it is something we must do continually. It is the way we can express our love for him. True worship is not only confined to singing in a church building; it is the continual, heartfelt acknowledgment of God and of all His power and glory in everything we do. As we worship, we get the mind of victory—the mind of God. This is how we fight our battles: in true worship, in spirit, and in truth, with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Prayer: Dear God, my heart is filled with adoration. I lift my heart to you. For you are Lord of all creation; you make all things new. May my soul be filled with lasting peace when I close my eyes to sleep with you in mind. Thank you for being my guide and my shelter. Make me safe as I continue to worship you.

Living with integrity means doing what one knows is right, whether in public or in private. There are many examples in the Bible. Exodus 1:17 tells us that the nation of Israel was growing in numbers despite the oppression it was receiving from the Egyptians. To combat the growth of the Israelites, the king of Egypt commanded all the Hebrew midwives to kill any newborn males. But the women feared God and did not do as the king of Egypt commanded them, but let the male babies live. "What this shows is that we are to fear God more than men." Despite the risk, they decided to let the Hebrew male babies live, and God blessed them for it. One of the babies was Moses, who became a forceful leader for God's people. Whatever we do in life, if we live with integrity, we will never go wrong. As leaders, we are called to live in righteousness and faithfulness, whether other people are around or not. It is vital that integrity be present in everything that we do. If we look at the life of Job, during trials, he lives a life of integrity despite various forms of persecution. Therefore, be an example, both in front of others and when no one else is looking.

"Children are a heritage from the Lord; offspring are a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior, children born in one’s youth are blessed for the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court." Psalm 127:3-5 (NIV) The Bible reminds us that children are a blessing from God. Therefore, it is important for fathers and mothers alike that we acknowledge who we are in Christ Jesus and follow his example when caring for our children. The foundation for good parenting starts with us recognising that God the Father is the father of all. We must follow the footprint he left for us to walk in. Therefore, grow your children in the fear of God so that when they get older, they will remember who they are and who is the head of their lives. Parenting can be hard at times, but it's not enough for us to remember that we are a gift from God, and so are our children. Prayer: God, you sovereignly over all, please direct my life as I yield myself to you, and that your unconditional love continues to guide my path so that I may be a good father to my children and others. Lord, I recognise that you are Master of all things, and I pray that you continue to abide in me so that I may do what is right for my family. I pray that the Holy Spirit continues to be my friend, my teacher, and my guide to open doors that have been closed. Fill me with your blessing; make me an effective servant and leader in Jesus’ name.

Scriptures teaches women to be in a supportive role, as helpmates submitted to God’s authority in our lives, this does not in any way mean that we are weak or less than men in God’s eyes. Women throughout Scripture who walk with God were heroic and courageous for Him. Consider Deborah, Rahab, Esther, Ruth, and Mary the mother of Jesus as just a few examples of godly women who demonstrated great strength and courage. When we too chose to walk with God, He will do incredible things in and through our lives. According to God’s Word, He is “able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory”. Jesus has plans for us and through us that are greater than we could even imagine. Ref. Judges 4:4, Joshua 6:25, book of Esther, book of Ruth, Ephesians 3:20-21 PRAYER Father we thank you that you have chosen us as women, we look to you for continue direction to be the best daughters, sisters, wives, moms, and friends that we can. Thank you for first loving us even when we did not feel loveable, so great is your faithfulness towards us Lord Jesus

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted our ministry in various ways, including the cancellation of the worship services of various faiths and the assembling together, as well as the cancellation of events that we look forward to each year. Even though we offer worship through Livestream amidst the pandemic it’s not the same. Families are struggling, relationships are in turmoil, our economy is also in turmoil, many older adults falling ill. Despite these challenges, we must stay the course, we can’t give up. God will see us through. He knows what we are going through, and he is right there with you. Romans 5:3–5 “We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts.” For these reasons, I encourage you to trust God

We all struggle with spiritual discouragement. Some days our circumstances feel so much and threaten to overwhelm us, and we struggle just even to pray. Many times, we feel like giving up and doing nothing. Sometimes it seems like God is far off and unreachable. This is the time we turn to the scriptures. The scriptures give us the answers to all our concerns and questions, guide us back to those passages like, Malachi 3:16 “Then those who feared the LORD spoke to one another, and the LORD listened and heard them; so, a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the LORD and who meditate on His name. Don’t give up God is with you.
